PUDU BG1 vs Gausium Mira: which scrubber robot fits your site?

BG1 is a large autonomous scrubber-dryer for factories, warehouses and malls; Mira is a compact robot for supermarkets, hotels and hospitals. Side-by-side comparison from official specifications.

Bản tiếng Việt: PUDU BG1 và Gausium Mira

Both robots sweep and scrub in a single pass. On paper, their maximum scrubbing output is almost identical, around 2,000 m² per hour. The real difference is endurance versus compactness, and that decides which one fits your floor.

When to choose PUDU BG1

PUDU BG1 scrubbing between warehouse racks

  • Garment and manufacturing plants: large epoxy floors with fabric dust and machine oil. The 75 L tank covers long shifts with fewer refills.
  • Warehouses and logistics centers: forklift aisles wider than 85 cm make full use of the 708 mm side-brush width.
  • Airports, stations and large malls: AI vision spots spills and stains and cleans them right away, up to 6,000 m²/h in spot mode.
  • Sites that need elevator or e-gate access, or an operator to ride the robot between zones.

When to choose Gausium Mira

Gausium Mira scrubbing a supermarket aisle

  • Supermarkets and retail chains: fits 66 cm aisles between shelves and adapts when shelves are moved.
  • Hotels and restaurants: compact and only 130 kg; moves easily through lobbies, corridors and back-of-house.
  • Hospitals, offices and schools: narrow corridors and many rooms; quick to deploy, press start and go.

A site with both kinds of space?

Many businesses have wide production halls plus offices, canteens and narrow corridors. The practical answer is usually one robot type per zone rather than forcing one machine to do everything.
